Abstract
IWU applied to become a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa since the 1920's. The General Report was the University's case to the Phi Beta Kappa organization to have a charter at IWU. It was prepared by Andrew W. Mellon Center for Faculty and Curriculum Development on 9/29/98.
