IWU F1RST was created in 2013. It was set up for first generation students to help them learn how to utilize and sta up-to-date with campus resources, attend motivational conferences, develop unique relationships with faculty and staff, and most importantly, have fun! This organization serves not only to aid in student's college success but also as a support network.
