“We are excited to announce the creation of a new newsletter. This will be a weekly publication generated from the Dean of Students. While the target audience is primarily the student body, I anticipate that it will become a vehicle for faculty and staff to communicate programs and events to one another as well. IWU Magazine was first published in 1896. It was “devoted to the interests of graduate and non-resident students of IWU.” This first rendition of the IWU magazine lasted until 1904. In 1992, the IWU magazine was brought back. It was a continuation of the IWU Quarterly. In this publication’s “new format, we can better convey the sense of excitement, achievement and progress going on among our alumni, students, faculty and friends.” (Note to our Readers, Fall 1992)
